₹99 a day for a website sounds like a slogan until you open the packing list. Plenty of India-market pages sell a daily number and stay vague about the bill, the scope, and the work you still have to do yourself.
This article restates what the live ₹99/day website + CRM page says today, then puts that package next to custom web development and next to the ₹199/day social plan (organic posting only — ads are not included). It is not a case study. It does not invent clients, traffic, or rankings.
TechyXen is an India-remote IT firm for startups and SMBs. Tagline: Build. Launch. Thrive! We are not a shop. If you need an online store, that is a client project on e-commerce solutions, not a TechyXen catalogue.
The live offer, line by line
The commercial page is Website + CRM Lead System, ₹99/day. This is the included list today:
- A website with an enquiry / appointment form
- A CRM to store and manage customer data
- Lead status, notes, and history tracking
- Initial setup and lifetime tech support
- One business email on your domain (
yourdomain@) - Web hosting included
- ₹99/day • ₹9,000 for 3 months (billed quarterly)
- No long contracts, no hidden costs, demo before onboarding
The same page’s three steps: you share details; we set up the website + CRM in 7 working days; then leads sit in one place so you can call and track. Read that 7-working-day line as the timeline this package states after you have given the details — not as a launch guarantee for every custom project on the site.
A website with an enquiry or appointment form
At this price the public site is a working desk, not a 40-page custom build. It should say who you are, what you do, how to reach you, and it should take an enquiry or an appointment on a phone. The form is the point. A brochure with no way in is a poster.
People who will not DM a stranger still need a path. People who already messaged you on WhatsApp or Instagram still Google the name before they pay. The site is for both.
It is not a catalogue of hundreds of SKUs, a logged-in client portal, a multi-location booking engine, or a marketplace. Those belong under web development or a quoted client store. If the demo site is too thin for how you sell, say so before you onboard — that is what the demo is for.
A CRM: status, notes, and history
The live page does not sell “AI lead scoring.” It sells a place to store and manage customer data, with lead status, notes, and history.
For a clinic, a tuition centre, a home-service crew, or a two-person startup, that is usually enough: a row per person, a status you can change (new, talking, quoted, won, lost — or whatever labels you actually use), a note from the last call, and a trail so the next person is not starting from zero.
The CRM does not replace the call. You or your staff still phone, WhatsApp, and show up. If nobody opens the list, you have bought furniture.
Website form submissions should land in that same list. Calls, walk-ins, and chat enquiries need a human to log them. Later you can add automation so a form creates the row by itself. Start with the list.
One business email, hosting, setup, support
One business email on your domain. The live line is yourdomain@ — one mailbox that looks like the business, not a shared Gmail. Extra mailboxes are a separate conversation.
Web hosting included. Hosting is in the ₹9,000, not a surprise invoice after go-live. It is hosting for this package, not a private cloud for five products.
Initial setup. We put the website and CRM in place from the details you share. Bring: business name, what you sell, service area, logo if you have one, the phone and WhatsApp people already use, and how you want the form labelled (enquiry vs appointment). Missing details delay the 7-working-day clock on the live page, because that clock starts after details, not after the first casual call.
Lifetime tech support. The live page pairs initial setup with lifetime tech support for this system: login, form, hosting, email, “it stopped loading.” It is not unlimited new features or a substitute for custom web development. Custom work is quoted, and that page currently describes a year of maintenance with renewal. Do not mix the two.
How the money and the timeline work
₹99/day is the daily rate. The invoice is ₹9,000 for 3 months, billed quarterly. You are not paying ₹99 on a meter every night.
The live page also says no long contracts, no hidden costs, and demo before onboarding. Use the demo. If the form, the CRM screens, or the email setup do not match how you work, do not onboard. You are not locked past the period you paid.
We will not attach a conversion rate, a traffic number, or a ranking to this price. Those numbers do not exist as public proof on our site, and we will not invent them.
That 7-working-day window is for this package, after details are in. It is not a marketing guarantee that every TechyXen job — custom apps, client stores, integrations — ships in a week. Complex web development takes as long as the scope; those dates belong on the quote. If you send a logo on day six and a rewritten service list on day seven, you have changed the brief. Send the details once.
What this package is not
It is not ads. It is not the ₹199/day social plan (plan, design, and post; organic only — ads are not included). It is not digital marketing as a whole: search, listings, and content that help people find you. The ₹99 package is the desk and the list. It is not a receptionist, not a conversion promise, not an online store, and not unlimited custom features for ₹9,000. A shop is a client project. Special workflows get a quote.
Versus custom web development
Use web development when you already know the ₹99 desk is too small: multi-step booking with real inventory, a logged-in area, APIs, a redesign of a site that has outgrown a simple form, or a proper client e-commerce store.
Custom work is scoped and quoted. It is not “the same website, but prettier, still ₹9,000.” Support, stack, and timeline are project-specific.
A practical split: if you need a public page, a form, a CRM, one email, and hosting, start with the ₹99/day offer. If you need software that encodes how you already sell — roles, stock, payments, portals — you need a build. Many teams start with the package and graduate. Some should skip it. The demo is how you tell.
Versus ₹199/day social (organic only)
The social page is a different product: we plan, design, and post so you are not chasing a designer every morning. ₹199/day, billed quarterly. No long contracts; you can stop after the billing period. Work starts within three working days after onboarding. The live FAQ is explicit: the ₹199 is positioned per day but billed quarterly upfront; ads are not included; this is organic social handling only.
Posting is not a CRM. A feed full of creatives does not store last Tuesday’s WhatsApp lead. A CRM does not publish your Tuesday reel.
You can use one, two, or both. If the gap is “nobody is posting,” social is the gap. If the gap is “we get DMs and then lose them,” the website + CRM is the gap. If people cannot find you at all, that is digital marketing — listings, search pages, content — sitting next to these two offers, not inside the ₹99 packing list.
Who should pay the ₹9,000 — and who should not
Pay it when all of this is true: you need a straightforward site with a form, not a catalogue; you will actually log calls and chat enquiries into the CRM; you want one business email and hosting in the same bill; ₹9,000 for three months, billed quarterly, is the budget you want to test with; and you will sit through the demo first.
Skip it when you need a store, a custom workflow, or a marketing campaign and you are trying to squeeze those into ₹99/day. Skip it if nobody on your side will open the list. Skip it if you want a guaranteed rank, a lead quota, or a retention percentage. We will not write those on a page.
Before you send the form
Bring four facts to contact or to the form on the offer page: what you sell, which city or region you serve, which app the last ten enquiries arrived on, and whether you need a simple desk or a custom build. That is enough to decide if the demo is worth an hour.
Phone +91 92705 93725, email [email protected], 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM IST, India / remote.
See the live packing list, take the demo, then onboard only if the screens match the work you actually do.
