What’s included
A written picture of now. How you get work, what software you already pay for, where enquiries die, what the founder is still doing at 11 pm.
A recommended sequence. Example: log leads on lead-system-99 before custom automation; do not buy ads into a dead inbox (digital marketing is explicit about that). We will not recommend a custom app if a form + CRM is the honest first desk.
Project management on work you hire us to do. Milestones, what “done” means, who reviews, what is out of scope. One owner-facing plan instead of six chat threads.
Vendor-neutral enough to be useful. If you should not build, we will say so. If another specialist owns payments or official WhatsApp API, that stays theirs — we do not resell WhatsApp API.
Not included: guaranteed #1 SEO; “leads in 7 days”; California local-SEO retainers; dummy USD packages; 100% retention claims; invented client logos.
How we work
- Consult. Contact — what you sell, city you serve, where the last ten enquiries arrived. Phone and email as above.
- Fit. One-time project, ₹99/day website + CRM (₹9,000 / 3 months, billed quarterly, 7 working days after details), ₹199/day social (ads not included), or a mix. See About for contract and payment (bank transfer, cards, UPI; no long-term contract required on the live FAQ).
- Plan in writing. Scope, sequence, assumptions, date range for this work. Custom consulting and PM are not on the 7-working-day ₹99 clock.
- Run the build with the delivery team on Services. You get checkpoints, not radio silence.
- Close and support. Handover. First-year basic tech support on project work as stated on About; packaged offers keep their own terms.
